Most Offensive Bycatch Draggers Year to Date
As you can see by these data sorts of NMFS stats of Vessel Specific Bycatch, there are habitual offenders who either don't have the skill to avoid PSC bycatch or don't give a shit.

Do you know how to use pivot tables in excel? They allow you to summarize the information. For instance you could have the years total of chinook catch for each vessel, or summarize the median halibut bycatch rate for each vessel.
I will endeavor to do so.

Good job. Keep it coming.
Numbers of fish. If they counted numbers of fish on halibut, America would be shocked. They process the pounds of halibut to further reduce the apparent damage to the resource.
